BUSY DAY OVEN STEW 
1/2 c. water
2 lg. potatoes
2 lg. onions
1 bell pepper
3 carrots
1-2 stalks celery
1 lb. beef, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Peel and cut up potatoes in medium pieces. Quarter onions. Cut bell pepper, carrots and celery in medium pieces. Add vegetables to beef. Put in deep foil lined pan. Add seasonings and water. Wrap air tight. Bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Yields 4 servings.
