OVEN BAKED RICE | |
2 cans consomme (chicken or beef) 1 c. uncooked rice (not minute rice) 1/2 stick butter Garlic salt to taste Heat consomme; add a little garlic salt, if desired. Place rice in 8 x 8 inch casserole; pour broth over. Add butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes. (May be doubled and baked in 9 x 13 inch pan.) |
