CANDIED APPLE PUDDING 
2-3 lg. apples, sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Place apples in pan and mix with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Mix rest of ingredients like pie dough and put over apples. Bake in slow oven for about 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
