JOAN'S PORK BARBECUE 
3 1/2 lbs. fresh pork shoulder
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Cook pork shoulder and cut lean meat into small pieces. Brown onions in butter, add remaining ingredients. Add meat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. This sauce is good with leftover beef and makes a delicious sauce for barbecuing chicken or with hamburger for Sloppy Joes.
