SAGE DRESSING 
7 c. cubed, dried bread
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Add: 1 1/2 c. milk 2/3 c. butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten

Cooked, chopped giblets may also be added.
