1 lb. Oriental noodles (rice or bean) 1 (2 lb.) cabbage 6 eggs, boiled (optional) 1 or 2 lemons (optional) 2 cloves garlic 1 or 2 med. onions 4 lg. carrots 1/2 lb. pepperoni sliced 1 to 2 lbs. meat beef, chicken, pork or mixture of same 1/8 c. soy sauce or to taste Pound and peel garlic. Dice onions, put into Wok or fry pan over medium heat. Cube meat and add to pan. When the meat is nearly done start adding the cabbage, shredded; carrots in sticks, cover to steam the vegetables. Add partially cooked well drained noodles, then add pepperoni. Start combining the ingredients in pan allowing to steam briefly in between stirring and mixing. Add more soy sauce to taste. Place finished product on platter garnish with lemon wedges and egg slices. |
