CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen cauliflower (1 lb. each)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

NOTE: 1 cup (1/2 pint whipping cream). Yields about 2 cups of cream after whipping. Serves 10.
