BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER 
2 bags broccoli & cauliflower (mixed veg.)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2/3 of a lg. sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2-3 tbsp. butter

Put thawed vegetables in dish, mix soup and sour cream. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Melt butter, mix into stuffing. Spread over vegetables. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
