CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower 1 c. sour creamcan Campbells cream of shrimp soup Buttered bread crumbs Cook and drain cauliflower. Can use 20 ounces of fresh cauliflower; do not over cook. Place cauliflower in 2 quart casserole. Mix sour cream and soup; spread over cauliflower. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly and crumbs are browned. Serves 6-8. |
