BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli spears
2 (10 oz.) boxes cauliflower

Precook these vegetables.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. butter

Melt sauce ingredients in top of double boiler (or in microwave). Pour over vegetables that have been drained. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. This may be assembled the day before or earlier in the day and refrigerated. This makes quite a bit of sauce and can be frozen or you can add more vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
