JULE KAKA 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 c. light raisins
7 or 8 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. sugar
1 cube butter
1 pt. fruit mix

Scald milk. Soak yeast in a little warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt. Add butter and mix. Add milk and mix well, then add yeast. Add raisins, fruit mix, and 1/2 of flour. Mix well. Add the rest of flour and work until dough has elasticity. Let rise until double and bake at 350 degrees. Makes 3 loaves. May put a thin frosting on after it is baked.
