CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked rice (1 1/3 c. raw)
1 c. chopped ham, pork, chicken, turkey, or canned luncheon meat
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook rice. Cook meat and onion in oil on medium heat until onion is tender. Add rice and soy sauce. Reduce heat, cook 15 minutes. Makes 6 (3/4 cup) servings.
