BUTTERHORN ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled

Dissolve yeast in water, add butter and sugar which have been creamed well. Add eggs, beat well, add flour, salt, and milk. Let rise until double in bulk. Mix down and let rise again. Divide dough into two. Roll in a 12 to 15 inch circle, cut each into 16 pieces (like a pie). Roll up starting with fattest end. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

When rolling out use a WELL FLOURED board!
