DONNA'S BUTTERHORN ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and mix. Add melted butter and yeast mixture. Stir flour into mixture. Set aside in greased covered bowl overnight. Leave out of refrigerator. Divide dough into 5 or 6 parts. Roll each part in circle, cut into 8 pie shape pieces. Brush with melted butter. Roll from large side. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
