BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
8 oz. soft cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Cream Crisco; sugar; add 1 at a time eggs until blended. Add cream cheese or sour cream, buttermilk, soda, salt and vanilla and flour. Mix well. Bake in floured and greased tube pan for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
