OYSTER DRESSING 
4 c. ground bread crumbs
1 ground onion
1 1/2 stalks celery and leaves
2 cans oysters and juice
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can evaporated milk

Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and sage. Worcestershire sauce may also be added, if desired. Recipe may be cut in half for about a 10-pound turkey.
