CHEESE DANISH 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 can cherry pie filling

Blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk and vanilla until fluffy. Place 1 can of rolls on a cookie sheet, closing all the seams and stretching it a little. Spread filling on top. Spread pie filling on cheese mixture. Top with other can of rolls. Seal edges and seams. Brush with beaten egg white. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
