CUBA'S PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. hot red pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Mix chopped pepper with red pepper, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Add Certo. Mix thoroughly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6-7 1/2 pints.
