1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 sm. can cranberry sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 carrots, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix raspberry gelatin with 1 1/2 cups hot water. Let thicken slightly. Fold in cranberry sauce. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or glass baking dish. When set, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and nuts and spread on top. Prepare orange gelatin with pineapple juice and enough hot water to make 2 cups of liquid. When slightly thickened, add carrots, pineapple and celery. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture and let set. Lime gelatin, which is colorful for the Christmas season, may be used in place of orange.
