WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. apples, chopped
1/4 c. orange juice
2 c. pineapple chunks, unsweetened
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. celery, chopped

Wash, quarter and core apples. DO NOT PEEL. Cut into bite-size pieces. Pour orange juice over apples, stir to coat. Drain pineapple and apples. Mix together. Add walnuts, raisins, celery, and yogurt. Toss lightly and serve. Use large mixing bowl.

OPTIONAL: If dish is too tart, add Equal to taste. If fruit is sweet, this may not be needed.
