WILD RICE WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. cooked wild rice (1/2 c. raw)
2 red Delicious apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/3 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. dairy sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. salted nuts (optional)

Do not chill any longer than 8 hours.
