1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. tomato catsup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water

In sauce pan add ground beef, water and salt. Cook until tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
