"NO ROLL" PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil

Mix above adding extra milk, if needed. Form into a ball and place in pie pan. Spread dough, covering pan. Prick holes in bottom. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. If crust is used for a fruit pie, do not prick holes in bottom of crust.
