4 pkgs. (4 serving size each) or 2 pkgs. 8 serving size) Jello gelatin any flavor 2 1/2 c. boiling water Medium mixing bowl Measuring cup Rubber scraper or large spoon 1 (13 x 9 inch) pan 1 sm. cookie cutter or table knife Pour gelatin into bowl. Add 2/1 2 cups boiling water to gelatin. Stir with rubber scraper until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Put pan into refrigerator to chill until firm, about 3 hours. Take pan, out of refrigerator. Put about 1 inch of warm water in sink. Dip just bottom of pan into warm, water for 15 seconds. Use cookie cutters to cut gelatin into any shapes you wish. (If you don't have cookie-cutters, cut gelatin into squares with a table knife. Lift shapes out of pan with your fingers. Makes about 24 small shapes. |
