1 pkg. green split peas, in a lg. kettle 10 c. water 1 onion, cut up 2 stalks celery 2 carrots, sliced Ham bone, or leftover ham Cook over slow heat, stirring often. Season to taste. If the ham is salty, you won't need much. Needs to cook a long time, until ingredients blend. |
