PRAGUER SCHNITZEL 
4 thin veal cutlets
4 slices swiss cheese
4 thin slices of ham
1 egg
1 c. milk
Fine bread crumbs

Beat egg and milk together. Salt and pepper to taste. Place a slice of cheese between each cutlet and piece of ham. Dip first in milk mixture, then bread crumbs until each piece is heavily breaded. Fry in hot oil until browned. Turn frequently. Or you can bake it in the oven. Turn when brown on one side. Serve immediately with lemon juice. Serves 4.
