6 pork chops
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped pepper
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 env. gravy mix

Trim fat from chops. Place in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine sauce, peppers, mushrooms and gravy mix. Pour over chops. Cook, covered, at cycle 1 for 30 minutes at cook power 7, rearranging chops once.
