MICROWAVE CHOP SUEY 
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cans (8 oz.) water chestnuts, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) bean sprouts, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems, undrained
2 c. diced cooked chicken (pork)
2 c. 1/2" diagonal cut celery
1 c. thinly sliced onion

In 3 quart casserole dish, stir soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir in chestnuts, sprouts, mushrooms, then meat, celery and onions. Microwave on high 20-22 minutes. Stir well after 10 minutes. Cook until hot and thickened. 4-6 servings. Serve over chow mein noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
