POGACA (BREAD) | |
1 1/4 c. warm water 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 3 1/2 c. flour 1 egg (when not fasting) Combine all ingredients, same as for bread. Grease bowl, place in dough and cover. Let rise in warm place until double. Roll on floured board into a flat shape. Prick with fork all over. Rub top with oil and let set for 15 minutes. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
