1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 cooking apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Blend top 4 ingredients together and press into 2 (8") pie pans. Next blend last 4 ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Top with 5 apples, sliced, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar mixed together. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes for 15 minutes then 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
