EGG CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 dozen eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, browned & drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Line pan with bread. Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over bread. Spread cheese, then sausage over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking mix soup and evaporated milk together. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
