EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. dry baking cocoa
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Measure into sifter: flour, sugar and cocoa. Sift into large bowl.

Pour water into a pint or quart Pyrex measure cup; add spoons of Best Foods Mayonnaise until the water comes up to 1 1/2 cup mark; add vanilla to water and mayonnaise and mix with a fork or small whisk until they are all blended together.

Pour the liquid over the flour mixture and mix thoroughly with a wire whisk. Pour into a prepared 8 inch pan and bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool and remove from pan. Makes 1 layer.
