EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Follow directions for adding - key to moist cake.

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Stir boiling water with a wire whip into batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting, we prefer chocolate. NOTE: Does great in 12 x 13 inch sheet cake.
