BATTER FRANKS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. hot dogs (8-10)

Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Blend egg and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Dip hot dogs into batter. Fry in deep fat until brown, 2-3 minutes.
