BONNIE'S SESAME CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken (broiler-fryer), cut into pieces
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) Del Monte crushed pineapple
1 c. water
1/3 c. naturally brewed soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Brown chicken and sesame seed in hot oil in large frying pan. Combine sugar, cornstarch and ginger in saucepan; stir in pineapple, water, soy sauce and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent. Pour over chicken; cover and simmer 45 minutes.

Use electric skillet to prepare Sesame Chicken if surface units are limited. You may save money by purchasing your own chicken and cutting it yourself. Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
