LASAGNA 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Bar-B-Que sauce (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
Salt to taste
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 qt. jar of spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 (16 oz.) Lasagne noodles
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Stir in sauces. Combine Ricotta and cream cheese, egg and salt in separate bowl; mixing until well blended. In two (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch) baking dishes, layer one third noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture, then meat sauce. Repeat twice. Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yields 12 servings.
