DUTCH APPLE PIE
1 Keebler Ready-Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 lg. egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 c. sliced, cored, peeled, cooking apples
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes. Remove crust from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sliced apples, lemon juice, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and spoon into crust.

STREUSEL MIXTURE:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter, room temperature

Mix remaining flour, sugar, brown sugar, and butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel mixture evenly over apples.

Bake on baking sheet until streusel is golden and filling is bubbling; about 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack about 4 hours. Serve at room temperature. Omit lemon juice if apples are very tart.
