KIDNEY BEAN-MANDARIN ORANGE
SALAD
 
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. bottled spicy sweet French dressing

Mix altogether and marinate all day or overnight. Drain and serve either on salad greens or just in small dishes (or bowls).
