KIDNEY BEAN-RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 med. onion, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans 2 c. rice, cooked 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes In large skillet, cook butter, onion, celery, garlic, until tender. Remove cloves if using cloves of garlic. Add beans, pepper, rice. Cook on low about 5-10 minutes. |
