KIDNEY BEAN AND TUNA SALAD 
2 c. red kidney beans
6 1/2 oz. can tuna fish
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Combine all ingredients except the eggs. Chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens, garnish with egg slices.
