KRAUTBURGERS 
1/2 head med. cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef, browned & cooled
Prepared bread dough

Boil chopped cabbage until done well but not mushy. Drain and cool. Cook beef and onion, drain and cool. Mix these well. Make sure they are well drained. Season to taste.

Roll dough to saucer size 1/8" thick. Spoon mixture into middle, fold dough around it. Put onto greased cookie sheet. Cook until golden brown at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
