AUNT PEG'S BEEF BRISKET | |
Beef brisket (large) Meat tenderizer Seasoned salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 bottle liquid smoke Line large Pyrex dish with enough foil to cover. Trim fat off meat. Season and then add liquid. Marinade for 24 hours. Bake at 200 degrees overnight. Great with Sour Dough Rolls. Linda's Beef Brisket - add 1/2 bottle of Hickory Smoked Barbeque Sauce! |
