65 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
2 pkgs. instant coconut pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. butter brickle ice cream
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix crackers with melted butter. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Add softened ice cream. Mix well and put on top of crumbs. Put Cool Whip on top of filling. Save a few crumbs for the top. Sprinkle with crushed Heath Bars on top. Refrigerate.
