16 oz. pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (loose), any kind, your choice
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together. Form into big ball and make little 1 inch round balls from the mixture, approximately 50. Bake at 350-375 degrees. Put on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown or until done. Can also be baked in the microwave.
