SAUSAGE BALLS | |
3 c. Bisquick 1 lb. roll sausage (med. or hot) 1 lb. Velveeta Dice up Velveeta and add to other ingredients. Don't pre-cook the meat. Mix all ingredients with hands until well mixed. Shape in 1" balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. These can be made ahead and reheated if desired. Great for parties. Baking time 10 to 12 minutes. |
