TOMATO AND PEAR CHUTNEY 
2 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
2 lbs. pears, peeled & chopped
2 peppers, peeled & chopped
1 med. onion, peeled & chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. salt
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 can chopped pimentos

Combine all ingredients except pimentos. Cook slowly, stirring often until desired thickness. Add pimentos and boil for 5 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars and seal immediately. Enjoy.
