OLIVIA'S CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn (not drained)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
handful of shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients except for cheese and pour into (greased or sprayed with cooking spray) 8x8-inch casserole dish.

Cook uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes at 350°F. Five minutes before its done, sprinkle handful of shredded cheese on top and place back into the oven for remaining 5 minutes to melt cheese.
