CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/2 green pepper
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. American cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Cook the green pepper, celery, onion until almost soft. Cook the macaroni and drain. Cube the beef. Combine all the ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
