ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
4 c. zucchini, chopped
1 c. onion, coarsely chopped
Little less than 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Bacon bits

Chop zucchini. Chop onion. Melt butter and saute with seasonings. Beat eggs and mix with cheese; mix with the above. Make crust with crescent rolls in an 8 1/2 x 11 inch dish. Pour mixture over crust. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
