NOT - SO - GREASE QUICHE | |
8 eggs 2 c. milk 16 oz. cottage cheese 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 3 c. steamed vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, etc.) 2 deep dish pastry pie Seasonings (salt, pepper, sweet basil) to taste Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake pies for 5 minutes. Remove. Mix eggs, milk, cottage cheese and seasonings together. Steam vegetables and drain. Pour vegetables into (equally) 2 pies. Pour egg mixture (equally) over vegetables. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until brown on top. (Cool for 10 minutes.) Eat. |
